Your Houston Methodist team will work by your side to complete an assessment and provide specific guidance for safe operations.
First, our kickoff meeting and Readiness Questionnaire will establish the foundation for the assessment. Then, our team will review your current processes and protocols related to COVID-19 prevention.
Next, our team will visit your space for a high-level evaluation of the physical environment and safety. We will also gather more information about the on-site experience of your employees or students.
Finally, our team will present our findings and recommendations to your leadership team in a virtual workshop. Your team will learn best practices, opportunities for improvement and more.
