BEHAVIOR-BASED CAMPAIGNS

Behavior-based email campaigns allow us to send targeted messaging to prospective students at the exact moment they're ready for it. When a prospective student takes a specific action (like visiting a certain web page) or reaches a specific milestone, it "triggers" the behavior-based campaign, sending them personalized content about the topic they showed interest in. This can help expedite their research process and increase application rates. In the examples below, you can follow the prospective student's journey when a behavior-based campaign is triggered.
